    Cogniter Technologies is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop strong communication skills, acquire hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in IT sales, client engagement, and business development.


    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.

    • Assist in preparing proposals, responding to client queries, and communicating with international clients.

    • Support lead generation, email marketing, prospect outreach, and follow-up activities.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and align client expectations.

    • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems accurately.

    • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and overall business goals.

    • Participate in training programs to understand company services, sales strategies, and emerging industry trends.


    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

    • Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing is a plus.
