Key Responsibilities

Develop AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon.

Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Build and deploy AI agents using LangChain or similar frameworks.

Work with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate for semantic search.

Utilize high-speed inference engines to optimize model performance.

Improve AI outputs through prompt engineering and context optimization.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions.

Keep up to date with developments in Generative AI, multimodal AI, and emerging research.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, NLP, or LLM-based development.

Strong understanding of LangChain, RAG, and vector search technologies.

Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.

Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or deploying LLMs.

Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic APIs.

Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with inference engines such as Groq.

Knowledge of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback).

Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, or model lifecycle management.
