About the Role
Cogniter Technologies is hiring a forward-thinking Generative AI Expert to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is perfect for someone deeply experienced in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector search technologies—ready to build production-grade AI systems that power chatbots, intelligent agents, and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy scalable systems using LLMs like GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, and Falcon

Build advanced RAG-based AI agents and chatbots with contextual awareness

Develop modular AI pipelines using LangChain and related tools

Integrate and optimize Groq-based systems and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
-
Fine-tune language models for domain-specific use cases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
-
Keep pace with advancements in NLP, GenAI, and real-time inference technologies
Requirements

Proven experience with LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector databases

Proficient in Python and Node.js; solid understanding of microservice-based AI systems

Experience fine-tuning and deploying models like GPT-4, LLaMA, or Mistral
-
Sound knowledge of NLP, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and model optimization

Familiarity with cloud services & APIs from OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)

Hands-on experience with Groq or other real-time inference accelerators

Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or MLOps

Exposure to Multimodal AI (text, voice, image integration)
