About the Role
Cogniter Technologies is looking for an innovative Generative AI Expert to join our AI/ML team. You will work on building advanced AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agent-based frameworks. If you’re passionate about creating real-world AI applications and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs (GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon).

Build and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Develop modular AI agents using LangChain or similar frameworks.

Implement semantic search with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS).
-
Deploy real-time inference models using engines like Groq.

Optimize token usage and enhance performance for domain-specific tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AI feature integration.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and multimodal systems.
Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP.

Expertise in RAG architecture, LangChain, and vector search.

Strong programming skills in Python and/or Node.js.

Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and model deployment.

Familiarity with OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Anthropic platforms.

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI inference engines (e.g., Groq).

Knowledge of prompt engineering and RLHF.

Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.

Exposure to multimodal AI systems (text, image, speech).
