  🔍 About the Role:
  We’re looking for a talented UCaaS Developer with deep hands-on experience in WebRTC, media servers (Jitsi, Janus, Zoom), and third-party integrations (Twilio, Vonage). You'll play a key role in building and optimizing real-time communications platforms that power global connectivity.

  🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  Development & Integration:

  • Develop WebRTC-based applications using Jitsi, Janus, or Zoom SDKs

  • Manage, scale, and optimize media servers for real-time audio/video

  • Build Node.js microservices for signaling, session control, and backend support

  • Integrate UCaaS platforms like Twilio, Vonage, and MS Teams

  • Work with core RTC protocols: SIP, VoIP, STUN, TURN, ICE

  Performance & Security:

  • Optimize for low latency and high media performance

  • Implement secure signaling, encryption, and network protection

  • Handle NAT traversal and address real-world network challenges

  Collaboration & Support:

  • Collaborate with frontend engineers for seamless WebRTC integrations

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and support real-time communications across platforms

  ✅ Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with WebRTC and media servers

  • Proficient in Node.js and microservices architecture

  • Strong knowledge of SIP, STUN, TURN, ICE, and VoIP technologies

  • Familiarity with streaming protocols (RTSP, RTP, HLS, DASH)

  • Experience integrating with Twilio, Vonage, or MS Teams

  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Understanding of WebRTC security and optimization best practices
