Cogniter Technologies is seeking an experienced and driven Software Engineer (.NET) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle and be capable of delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to design and implement effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET-based applications with end-to-end ownership

Work extensively with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and other Microsoft technologies

Participate in Agile/Scrum-based development processes and adhere to best practices

Manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables

Analyze business and technical requirements to propose optimal solutions

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues

Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development with full project lifecycle exposure

Strong expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and related technologies

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
