    As a Business Development Executive, you will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, proposal writing, international sales, and business development strategies while working with a dynamic team serving global clients.

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and emerging industry trends.

    • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, quotations, and client communications.

    • Perform lead generation activities, including email outreach, prospecting, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

    • Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements and facilitate effective communication.

    • Maintain and update prospect and client information in CRM systems.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

    • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and business growth objectives.

    • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of company services, industry trends, and sales strategies.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

    • Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital marketing will be an advantage.

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

    • Comfortable using modern sales, communication, and CRM tools.

    • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

     

    • Internship, academic project, or freelance experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.

    • Familiarity with online bidding platforms and lead-generation techniques will be considered an added advantage.

    • Understanding of international business development processes will be a plus.
