    About the Role

     

    Cogniter Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team. This position is well suited for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are keen to build a strong career in IT sales, client acquisition, and international business development. The role offers hands-on exposure to global clients while developing core communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn

    • Assist in proposal preparation, client communications, and responding to business inquiries

    • Support lead generation initiatives including email outreach, follow-ups, and prospect nurturing

    • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure clear client communication

    • Maintain and update leads and client information in CRM systems

    • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and overall business objectives

    • Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge of company services, sales strategies, and market trends

    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities

    • Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing is a plus (not mandatory)

    • Self-driven, quick learner, and comfortable working with modern sales tools

    • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
