    Cogniter Technologies is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in IT sales, client acquisition, and international business development.

    The selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure to global clients and receive structured training in sales strategies, communication skills, proposal development, and negotiation techniques.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn

    • Assist in preparing proposals, managing client communication, and responding to inquiries

    • Support lead generation activities, including email outreach, follow-ups, and prospect nurturing

    • Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand project requirements and ensure clear client communication

    • Maintain and update lead and client information in CRM systems

    • Contribute toward achieving monthly sales targets and overall business objectives

    • Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of company services, sales processes, and market trends


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities

    • Basic knowledge of IT services or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

    • Self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable using modern sales tools

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
