Role Overview
Cogniter Technologies is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure to global clients and receive structured training in sales strategies, communication skills, proposal development, and negotiation techniques.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn

Assist in preparing proposals, managing client communication, and responding to inquiries

Support lead generation activities, including email outreach, follow-ups, and prospect nurturing

Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand project requirements and ensure clear client communication

Maintain and update lead and client information in CRM systems

Contribute toward achieving monthly sales targets and overall business objectives

Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of company services, sales processes, and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Basic knowledge of IT services or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
