  About the Role

   

  We are looking for a creative and versatile Web & Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of professional experience to join our team in Chandigarh.

  The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of web design, UI/UX, frontend, and graphic design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences.

  You will be responsible for designing websites, UI/UX interfaces, mobile application screens, marketing creatives, and brand assets, while maintaining visual consistency across digital and print platforms.

  Key Responsibilities

   

  • Design and develop responsive websites and web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, layouts, and UI/UX designs based on project requirements.

  • Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for websites and web/mobile applications.

  • Create UI screens and visual assets for iOS and Android applications, ensuring consistency across different devices and screen sizes.

  • Develop and maintain brand assets, including logos, graphics, style guides, and visual identity elements.

  • Create marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and digital advertisements.

  • Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy.

  • Work closely with developers to translate designs into functional, responsive, and visually accurate web interfaces.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

  • Ensure websites and interfaces are responsive, user-friendly, accessible, and compatible across major browsers and devices.

  • Review and improve existing designs based on usability, client feedback, business requirements, and current design standards.

  • Stay updated with the latest web design, UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

   

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Web and Graphic Design.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

  • Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

  • Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI/UX layouts.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

  • Good understanding of user-centered design and web usability.

  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries will be an added advantage.

  • Strong visual sense with excellent attention to detail and consistency.

  • Ability to translate project requirements into effective visual and interactive solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing web, UI/UX, and graphic design projects is preferred.
