Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand organizational needs and translate them into clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements within the constraints of the existing technology ecosystem.
You will play a critical role throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring that proposed and delivered solutions align with business objectives, technical standards, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements

Convert business requirements into well-defined system and technical specifications for development teams

Develop and maintain documentation including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, process flows, and dependency matrices

Provide effort estimations, timelines, and cost assessments based on requirement complexity and technical scope

Serve as a communication bridge between development teams and US-based project managers and clients
-
Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to define test scope, coverage, and validation strategies

Support project execution to ensure timely delivery, requirement traceability, and high-quality outcomes

Mentor and guide junior team members while contributing to overall project success
Required Skills & Qualifications

M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. (IT), or B.Tech with a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Prior experience working on .NET-based applications in a Business Analyst capacity

Hands-on experience gathering and documenting reporting and analytics requirements

Background in software or product development within a structured enterprise environment

Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirement modeling, and system design principles

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders across different organizational levels
