    As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand organizational needs and translate them into clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements within the constraints of the existing technology ecosystem.

    You will play a critical role throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring that proposed and delivered solutions align with business objectives, technical standards, and industry best practices.


    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements

    • Convert business requirements into well-defined system and technical specifications for development teams

    • Develop and maintain documentation including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, process flows, and dependency matrices

    • Provide effort estimations, timelines, and cost assessments based on requirement complexity and technical scope

    • Serve as a communication bridge between development teams and US-based project managers and clients

    • Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to define test scope, coverage, and validation strategies

    • Support project execution to ensure timely delivery, requirement traceability, and high-quality outcomes

    • Mentor and guide junior team members while contributing to overall project success


    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    • M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. (IT), or B.Tech with a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

    • Prior experience working on .NET-based applications in a Business Analyst capacity

    • Hands-on experience gathering and documenting reporting and analytics requirements

    • Background in software or product development within a structured enterprise environment

    • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirement modeling, and system design principles

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders across different organizational levels
