About the Role
We are seeking a creative and skilled Web and Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team. This dual-role position requires both strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a keen eye for visual design. You will be responsible for creating responsive websites, engaging mobile interfaces, and compelling marketing materials that align with our brand identity and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Create website mockups, UI/UX layouts, and design systems

Design and maintain brand assets, including logos, style guides, and visual identity elements

Produce high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads

Design intuitive and clean mobile app interfaces for iOS and Android platforms

Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and product managers to execute creative ideas

Stay updated on design trends, UI/UX best practices, and front-end technologies
Required Skills

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or modern JS frameworks)

Expertise in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or Sketch

Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Experience with wireframing, mockups, and interactive prototyping

Excellent eye for detail, design consistency, and user experience

Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
