  About the Role

   

  Cogniter Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Expert to join our AI/ML division. This role focuses on designing and building advanced AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and intelligent automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing scalable, production-ready AI applications and a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving Generative AI ecosystem.

  Key Responsibilities

   

  • Develop and deploy AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, or similar models

  • Design, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

  • Build and manage AI agents using LangChain or equivalent frameworks

  • Integrate vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) for semantic search and retrieval

  • Optimize model performance using high-speed inference engines and efficient architectures

  • Enhance AI outputs through advanced prompt engineering and context optimization

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into applications

  • Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, multimodal AI, and emerging research

  Required Skills & Qualifications

   

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, NLP, or LLM-based development

  • Strong understanding of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector search technologies

  • Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js

  • Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs

  • Familiarity with platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, or similar

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

  Preferred Qualifications

   

  • Experience with high-performance inference engines (e.g., Groq)

  • Knowledge of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)

  • Exposure to MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management

  • Experience working with multimodal AI systems
