  About the Role

   

  Cogniter Technologies is seeking an innovative and highly skilled Generative AI Expert to join our advanced AI/ML team. In this role, you will drive the development of intelligent, scalable applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI agents, and vector databases.   Key Responsibilities

   

  • Design and develop intelligent applications using models such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon

  • Architect and implement RAG pipelines for knowledge-driven AI systems

  • Build modular, task-oriented AI agents using LangChain or similar frameworks

  • Integrate vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) to enable semantic search capabilities

  • Deploy and manage real-time inference using high-speed engines such as Groq

  • Optimize model performance, token usage, context handling, and prompt engineering

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into production applications

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Generative AI and multimodal AI systems

  Required Skills

   

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM solutions, or NLP-driven projects

  • Strong knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector search systems

  • Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for AI development and integration

  • Experience in fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and deploying models to production

  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  Preferred Qualifications

   

  • Experience using inference engines like Groq or similar platforms

  • Understanding of Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF)

  • Exposure to MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD for AI systems

  • Experience working with multimodal AI models (text, image, or speech)
