  About the Role

   

  Cogniter Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Generative AI Expert to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building next-generation AI systems using large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases.

  As a key member of our AI team, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying advanced AI solutions that power intelligent agents, chatbots, and real-time decision-making tools across a variety of industries.

  Key Responsibilities

   

  • Design and implement scalable AI systems using LLMs such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, and Falcon

  • Build and deploy RAG-based chatbots and AI agents with contextual capabilities

  • Develop modular pipelines using LangChain for enhanced AI workflows

  • Integrate and optimize Groq-based systems and vector databases like Pinecone and FAISS

  • Fine-tune large language models for domain-specific applications

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI products

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Generative AI, NLP, and real-time systems

  Requirements

   

  • Strong experience with LangChain, RAG architecture, and vector databases

  • Proficiency in Python and Node.js, with an understanding of microservice-based AI architecture

  • Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral)

  • Solid knowledge of NLP, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and model optimization

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs from OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic (preferred)

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

  Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

   

  • Experience with Groq or other real-time inference accelerators

  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), or MLOps

  • Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, voice integration)
