About the Role
Cogniter Technologies is seeking a skilled and passionate Generative AI Expert to join our AI/ML team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in working with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, and agent-based AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI applications using LLMs such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon

Build and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

Develop modular AI agents using frameworks like LangChain
-
Integrate and implement semantic search with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
-
Deploy real-time inference models using engines such as Groq
-
Optimize token usage and model performance for domain-specific tasks
-
Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate AI features into production
-
Stay current with trends and advancements in NLP, speech technologies, and AI frameworks
Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP

Strong understanding of RAG architecture, LangChain, and vector search technologies

Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js

Experience in LLM fine-tuning and real-time model deployment

Familiarity with OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Anthropic platforms

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AI inference engines such as Groq

Knowledge of prompt engineering and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)

Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management

Exposure to multimodal AI systems involving text, images, and voice
