Role Overview
Cogniter Technologies is looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Software Engineer (.NET) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and a proven ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into reliable and efficient technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust .NET applications with end-to-end ownership.
- Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements to design scalable, efficient, and optimized solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical and performance-related issues.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects while ensuring timely delivery within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development with exposure to the complete SDLC.
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and the Microsoft technology stack.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
