    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.
    • Assist in preparing business proposals, client communication, and responses to prospective clients.
    • Support lead generation activities, including email outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
    • Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth communication.
    • Maintain and update lead and client information in CRM systems.
    • Contribute toward achieving monthly sales targets and overall business growth objectives.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of company services, sales processes, and industry trends.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
    • Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
    • Self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable working with modern sales tools.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
