Cogniter Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure to global clients and receive structured training in sales strategies, client communication, proposal development, and negotiation—setting the stage for a successful career in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in drafting business proposals, client responses, and professional communication for prospective clients.
- Support lead generation activities, including email outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing potential leads.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to understand client requirements and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain and update lead and client data in CRM systems.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and overall business growth objectives.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of company services, sales processes, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable using modern sales and communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
