We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are looking to build a strong foundation in IT sales, client acquisition, and international business development.
In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to global client interactions while learning sales strategies, proposal writing, client communication, and negotiation skills that will help shape a successful long-term career in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, client communication, and responses to prospective clients.
- Support lead generation activities, including email outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain and update lead and client information in CRM systems.
- Contribute toward achieving monthly sales targets and overall business growth objectives.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of company services, sales processes, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable working with modern sales tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
