    About the Role

     

    Cogniter Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build strong communication skills, gain hands-on exposure to international markets, and develop a successful career in IT sales and client relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn

    • Assist in preparing proposals, responding to client queries, and managing communication with international clients

    • Support lead generation activities including email outreach, prospect follow-ups, and marketing campaigns

    • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure clear communication with clients

    • Maintain and update client information and lead details in CRM systems

    • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and overall business growth

    • Participate in training sessions to understand company services, sales strategies, and market trends

    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities

    • Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

    • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable using modern sales tools and technologies
