  About the Role

   

  Cogniter Technologies is looking for a creative and skilled Web & Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of web design, UI/UX, front-end development, and graphic design skills.

  You will be responsible for creating responsive websites, engaging user interfaces, digital graphics, and marketing materials that strengthen our brand identity and deliver an excellent user experience.

  Key Responsibilities

   

  • Design and develop responsive and interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Create website layouts, UI/UX designs, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).

  • Create and maintain brand assets, including logos, style guides, and visual identity elements.

  • Design marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media creatives, and digital advertisements.

  • Ensure consistency in visual design, branding, typography, colors, and overall user experience.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and compatible across different browsers and devices.

  • Stay updated with the latest web design, UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

   

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries is an added advantage.

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.

  • Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI/UX layouts.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for design consistency.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
