About the Role
Cogniter Technologies is looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our mobile app development team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless and engaging app experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart

Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, interactive, functional interfaces

Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Optimize apps for speed, performance, and responsiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define app features and improvements

Stay updated on Flutter trends and contribute to technical enhancements
Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of hands-on Flutter & Dart development experience

Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design principles, and state management

Proficiency with Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod for state management

Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON

Working knowledge of Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging)

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development

Understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines

Experience in Agile/Scrum work environments
