About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester / QA Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our quality assurance team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing requirements, preparing test cases, executing test plans, and ensuring high-quality delivery of projects. You will collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to deliver bug-free, client-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze project requirement documents for accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Developers to understand requirements and scope.

Design, document, and execute test cases and test scenarios.

Track client feedback and ensure timely implementation of changes.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

Report, document, and track bugs/issues in detail.

Review and validate reports prepared by Test Engineers.

Work on multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.

Adhere to company QA processes and suggest improvements when needed.

Support continuous improvement by sharing best practices and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of proven experience as a Manual Tester / QA Engineer.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.

Ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases and bug reports.

Hands-on experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla).

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage time efficiently and work on multiple projects.

Knowledge of basic SQL queries for data validation is a plus.
