    About the Role

    Cogniter Technologies is looking for a skilled and results-driven Assistant Project Lead – Social Media & PPC to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, PPC, and social media marketing, with proven experience in managing projects and driving measurable business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to lead digital initiatives, optimize campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing success.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and improve organic rankings.

    • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to achieve maximum ROI.

    • Lead and grow brand presence across major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and manage both on-page and off-page SEO activities.

    • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools, preparing performance insights and reports.

    • Work closely with content, design, and development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

    • Supervise digital marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, performance, and quality standards.


    Requirements

    • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.

    • Proven proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms.

    • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver data-driven results.

    • In-depth understanding of the latest digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
