  About the Role

   

  Cogniter Technologies is looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Generative AI Expert to join our AI/ML team. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying advanced AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in creating scalable, production-ready AI systems and a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving Generative AI landscape.

  Key Responsibilities

   

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, or similar models

  • Build, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

  • Develop and manage AI agents using LangChain or equivalent frameworks

  • Integrate and manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) for semantic search and retrieval

  • Optimize model performance using efficient architectures and high-speed inference engines

  • Improve AI output quality through advanced prompt engineering and contextual optimization

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI, multimodal AI, and emerging research

  Required Skills & Qualifications

   

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, NLP, or LLM-based development

  • Strong knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector search technologies

  • Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js

  • Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs

  • Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, or similar

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

  Preferred Qualifications

   

  • Experience with high-performance inference engines (e.g., Groq)

  • Understanding of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)

  • Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management

  • Experience working with multimodal AI systems
