Cogniter Technologies is hiring a Generative AI Expert to join our advanced AI/ML team. In this role, you will design and deliver scalable AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and vector databases. Key Responsibilities

Develop intelligent applications using models such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon

Architect and implement RAG pipelines for knowledge-driven AI systems

Build AI agents with frameworks like LangChain
-
Integrate vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search
-
Deploy and manage real-time inference engines (e.g., Groq)
-
Optimize LLM performance, token usage, context handling, and prompts
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into production applications
-
Stay updated on Generative AI and multimodal AI innovations
Required Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM solutions, or NLP projects

Strong knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector search systems
-
Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for AI development

Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and production deployment

Familiarity with AI platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with inference engines (Groq or similar)

Understanding of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)

Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management

Experience with multimodal AI models (text, image, speech)
