About the Role
Cogniter Technologies is looking for a motivated and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about design and eager to gain hands-on experience by working on diverse branding and marketing projects across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Design attractive and impactful creatives for social media, websites, branding materials, and marketing campaigns

Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to understand design needs and deliver effective visual solutions

Maintain consistency in designs by adhering to brand guidelines and visual standards

Handle multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines

Keep up to date with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Skills & Qualifications

Practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Figma

Basic understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and composition

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Effective time-management and organizational abilities
