US Independence Day Celebrations at Cogniter

The Cogniter Family in Chandigarh celebrated the American Independence Day with great gusto. The entire office space was decorated in line with the American flag colors of red, blue and white. The walls were adorned with red and white balloons and blue streamers. It was heartening to see all staff making the effort to dress in the theme colors.

The celebrations commenced at 4pm. The afternoon kicked off with a series of mind games. 14 tough teams were created, each better than the other and raring to go. An excellent display of team spirit was evident at all stages. This was followed by a hilarious sitcom which was meant to act as a reprieve from the tough competition, and boy did it!
We continued with the games but this time they were physical. The stakes were higher you actually had to break a sweat. A variety of team building games and adventure filled activities were organized to ensure fun and loads of interaction for all involved. The event continued with pizza, soda pop and donuts for dinner, followed by great music and lively dance. In the end the wining team was presented with Gold movie passes.
We all know; all great things must come to an end, as did this great evening. It was a very memorable 4th of July, American Independence Day Party. Thank you to all the organizers who worked hard to ensure the evening’s success and all the staff for their support and participation.
